We present the project "Jonuciu elniai", the funds of which will be used for the development of the real estate project. The amount raised is EUR 50 000.
The aim of the project:
The owner has purchased 10,96 a plot in which they will fix the environment and finish the construction work. Currently, 8 residential houses are built on the land plot, of which 5 units have already been sold. The sale price of the remaining three residential houses is 77 500 eur/unit. Revenue from the sale of the entire project will amount to EUR 232 500. The proceeds of the sale will cover this loan.
About the project owner:
The project owner has experience in the real estate development business. He has completed the construction of 372 square meters in Milkenai, Kaunas and the construction of 260 square meters in Cerbulenu st., Kaunas.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, an 85.75 square meter residential house with a 10.96-acre plot of land is pledged at Elnio st. 19C, Jonuciu II village, Kaunas. According to an appraisal by an independent real estate appraiser from Ober-Haus, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 80 000.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR –8%
- From 500 EUR to 999 – 8,5%
- From 1000 EUR – 9%
