The project owner intends to acquire 9 land plots in Marijampole, Vasaros street. 4 land plots already have building permits, 5 land plots are in the process of obtaining building permits. The developer intends to divide the plots into 27 smaller plots and build 50 one- and two-family houses. The planned area per house is 60-80 square metres. The houses will be sold in partly finished condition, with an estimated sales revenue of EUR 120 000 per one-bedroom house or two-bedroom apartment. The loan will be reimbursed from the sale proceeds of the properties under development and interest will be paid to the investors from the sale proceeds of other properties.
