The raised funds will be allocated to complete the project, including installing a SPA area, finishing the facade, registering 100% completion, and preparing the property for sale. Additionally, funds will cover payments to suppliers and subcontractors, purchase of construction materials, and administrative expenses.
Loan Information:
The loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the mortgaged property's sale, while interest payments to investors will be made from advance payments or revenues from other company real estate project sales/advances and the company's working capital.
The maximum planned project financing amount is 433,000 EUR. The project is financed based on the current valuation of the mortgaged property until the set maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is reached. Upon reaching the maximum LTV, a new property valuation will be conducted, and further project financing stages will be announced and collected only if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded.
