The working capital of the project will be used to accelerate and complete the construction work in the projects "Parko Namai", "Misko namai", "Rieses Dvibutis", "Dvibutis Pavilnyje" and "Namas Antakalnyje". The project owner has the status of a reliable developer and has successfully implemented various warehouse, industrial premises and residential construction projects.
According to the independent real estate appraiser "Newsec Valuations", the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 476 000. Loan to value ratio - (LTV) 70%.
