We present a new financing project "Apartment Vaidoto G192E-2". The project owner will use the collected funds for the construction of real estate and later sell it. The amount to be collected is 74,200 euros.

The aim of the project is:
The funds from the project will be used for the construction of a 91.70-square-meter, two-story apartment with all household appliances and furniture. The project is currently 70% complete. After completing these works, the apartment will be sold. The estimated income is 165,000 euros. The proceeds of the sale will cover this loan.

As a guarantee, real estate is pledged to investors with a primary mortgage:

A 91.70 square meter apartment with 139/471 parts of a plot of land (total plot area of 9.42 acres) is pledged as a security measure to protect investors' interests. The mortgaged property is located at Vaidoto St., 192E-2, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is 112,000 euros.

Interest according to the size of the investment:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 - 9%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 999 - 9.5%
- From EUR 1,000 to EUR 4,999 - 10%
- From EUR 5,000 to EUR 9,999 - 10.5%
- From EUR 10,000 – 11%
