About the purpose of the project:
The project funds will be used to refinance the previous loan. The owner of the project purchased land plots in Zujunai with previously financed funds, where he developed the infrastructure and sold it. The proceeds from the sale were invested in the acquisition of new plots of land. The project owner acquired land plots in Kalnenai, Vilnius. These plots are going to develop infrastructure and then sell. The proceeds of the sale will cover this loan.

To ensure the interests of investors, a 97.88 square meter, two-storey, fully equipped apartment is pledged in the Old Town of Vilnius, at Pilies str. 19-3, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 390 000.

The project owner's company has been operating in the food flow sector for about 20 years. In addition, the project owner is engaged in the purchase and sale and development of real estate.
