We present a new project for investment "Butas Laisves aleja". The raised funds will be used by the project owner for the purchase of real estate. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 141 400.

The project owner has experience in real estate development. Implemented different real estate development projects with a total area of 4 150 square meters.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of a three-room apartment with an area of 58.61 square meters in the center of Kaunas, on Laisves avenue. The apartment is furnished in a modern way with all household appliances and furniture. The owner of the project plans to keep the purchased apartment for himself, and repaid the loan from other assets purchased for development and resale.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 58.61 square meters is pledged at Laisves ave. 87-6, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 202 000.
