We present a new phased financing project - "Bernardinu butai". The raised funds will be used for the refinancing of the existing loan and the development of the real estate project. The amount to be raised at this stage is EUR 250 000.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate the raised amount for the finishing works of a residential house with an area of 674.18 square meters and for the installation of 9 apartments with a total area of 426.35 square meters. The apartments will be fully furnished and sold.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of investors, 7 apartments with a total area of 314.35 square meters and a part of a plot of land with an area of 19.9 acres are pledged at the Bernardinu plytines st. 27, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 412 000.
Maximum planned amount of funding for the project: EUR 360 000. The project is funded based on the current mortgage valuation until it reaches the maximum LTV set. When maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will be required and further project funding stages will be announced and collected only if the maximum LTV set is not exceeded.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 9%
- From 500 EUR to 999 EUR – 9.5%
- From 1 000 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 10%
- From 2 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10.5%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 11%
- From 10 000 EUR – 11.5%
