The owner of the project has successfully implemented and is developing a 6-box self-service car wash at B. Brazdzionio str. 24, Kaunas. The monthly income of the car wash is from EUR 8 000 to EUR 11 000, depending on the seasonality. In 2022 May the company's sales revenue was EUR 46 700. This loan will be repaid from the company's operating income or refinanced.

To secure the interests of investors, 14.97 square meters (built-up area 214 square meters), a 6-box self-service car wash and a 50.52-acre plot of land are pledged at B. Brazdzionio str. 24, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 473 000.

- From EUR 1 000 to EUR 4 999 - 8%
- From EUR 5 000 - 8,5%
