The funds raised in this stage will be used to refinance an existing loan, as the developer was unable to sell the pledged property on time. The project owner is successfully developing a 60-plot residential quarter in the city of Jonava. In the first phase of the project, three single-story semi-detached houses were built and successfully sold, with a total area of 554.22 m². This first stage demonstrated the project's potential and market demand, and the developer plans to continue the development, aiming to create a modern and comfortable living environment for the residents of Jonava.

Loan Information:
This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the pledged property, which is expected to be EUR 150,000 including VAT. Interest payments to investors will be made from the company's working capital.
Maximum planned project financing amount: EUR 90,000. The project is financed based on the current valuation of the pledged property until it reaches the established maximum Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio. Once the maximum LTV is reached, a new property valuation will be required, and further project financing stages will be announced and collected only if the established maximum LTV is not exceeded.
We plan to raise the required amount within 7 days, with the possibility of extending it to 30 days if the funds are not collected.
