About the project:
The project owner aims to refinance an existing real estate portfolio loan from another financial institution. The portfolio includes 30 property units, located in strategically attractive areas surrounding the center of Vilnius. The real estate portfolio consists of:
- 5 units of dormitory-type premises of 18 m² each on Studentų St.;
- 5 apartments of 23–27 m² on Sodų St.;
- 1 parking space;
- 17 bicycle storage units;
- 2 apartments on Rinktinės St. – 38 m² and 48 m² in size.
All pledged properties are located near Vilnius city center, in central and well-developed areas characterized by convenient accessibility, developed infrastructure, and high liquidity. Due to their location and 100% completion, these properties are investment-attractive and remain in demand in both the residential and rental markets.
Loan information:
The loan repayment is planned from refinancing in another credit institution. Interest to investors will be paid from the company’s operating income.
The amount required for refinancing is 1 409 535 EUR. The amount may be raised in stages, and interest to investors will be calculated from the period when the total required sum is collected.
The planned collection period is 7 days, with the possibility to extend up to 30 days if the funds are not fully raised.
