The developer is taking out a loan for the company's working capital needs by mortgaging a 100% completed apartment at A. Rotundo st. 5-8, Vilnius. The apartment is currently for sale. The expected sales proceeds are EUR 850 000. The mortgaged property is planned to be rented out for short-term rent by the project owner from July until the sale, with expected rental income of EUR 150-300 per day, for a total of approximately EUR 4 000 per month. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the mortgaged property, and interest will be paid to investors from short-term rental income.
