It is not necessary to have Spanish nationality or to be a Spanish resident to invest. However, as contemplated by the Spanish Capital Companies Law, to invest in Spanish Limited Companies (SL), it is necessary to present a valid identity document in Spain (DNI or NIE – Foreigner Identification Number).
Registration on the platform is free.
You will only pay an investment commission of 6% + VAT on the amount you invest in each transaction, and a commission of 15% + VAT on capital gains at the time of divestment.
