Several times a month, Anthony invests in promising startups and allows club members to participate alongside him. But the filter is drastic.
You invest when you want. You don’t have to take part in every deal, and of course you don’t have to block your entire annual allocation when you join.
You make transfers as the year progresses, according to the startups you prefer.

The Blast.Club is open to all, but definitely not for everyone.
In order to maintain an active and committed community of investors, each membership application is followed by a discussion with a member of the Blast team, then submitted to the Club’s Selection Committee for approval. Membership cards are personal and non-transferable.
1. The transaction structuring fees, which vary from 3% to 5% depending on the level of membership, finance the selection and analysis process of the company in which you are investing as well as the intermediary role of Blast as part of your subscription to units of a dedicated investment vehicle (SPV) set up for this operation.
2. Operating costs finance Blast’s intermediary role between the company, the dedicated investment vehicle and the investors via the structuring of the capital increase and the coordination and supervision of the operations necessary for the acquisition of a stake.
3. The sharing of the capital gain which is 20% of the capital gain. Payable once, only in the case of a capital gain on resale. We only win if you win.
