The Clique

The Clique s a new crowdfunding platform dedicated to financing real estate transactions. The story of a meeting of 3 real estate and finance professionals, very active in their respective fields, who realized that they were leading a common project and shared strong professional and personal values. The beginning of a beautiful story, isn’t it?
Now that the foundations are laid, here are the two pillars that founded our project!

#1 The Clique

The dictionary definition is very clear: “A meeting of persons who work exclusively for their common interests”. We, at The Clique, are convinced of the power of a close-knit, active and mobilized community. For you, we will be keen to provide a platform on which you will want to come, and come back again!

#2 Who invests together comes together

This convinced us to embark on the adventure of crowdfunding. The intimate conviction that investing can be responsible, accessible to as many people as possible, transparent, understandable and without entry fees.
Our goal is to offer you the most transparent platform possible. We have therefore undertaken to obtain the new ECSP status, which allows us, under the control of the AMF, to operate our platform in France and then, in a second step, on the European market.

Investing in stocks or bonds presents a significant risk of loss of capital or illiquidity.

Both individual and institutional investors are welcome to invest via The Clique.

To be able to invest, you must provide:

• ID: double-sided identity card or passport.
• Proof of residence: gas/electricity bill/fixed or mobile telephone/tax form/rent receipt/housing tax.
• The documents must be dated within the last 3 months.

Can you invest from abroad?

Yes, you can absolutely invest from abroad. Only US residents are not allowed to invest in our real estate projects.

Investors do not pay any entry fees, exit fees or management fees.
