About the project:
The project owner is developing a residential housing project in Lindiniškės village, Vilnius district, consisting of four duplex residential houses. Each house has two separate apartments, totaling eight apartments. The project is being developed on a 0.497-hectare plot, which is divided into four separate plots. The developer has pledged one duplex house, with one apartment at 78% completion and the other at 85%. Both apartments are registered in the Real Estate Register at 85% completion. The financed amount will be used to complete the pledged house up to partial finishing and for working capital to invest in the completion of other duplex houses in the project. Active property sales for the project have already started, as the project owner is interested in successfully realizing this phase and continuing further project development.

Loan Information:
This loan will be repaid from sales revenue, estimated at 379,884 EUR excluding VAT. Interest will be paid from future advance payments.


The target amount is planned to be raised within 7 days, with an option to extend up to 30 days if funds are not collected.
