We present a new project for investment "Vejo butas". The raised funds will be used by the project owner for the purchase of real estate. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 130 000.
About the project in which the apartment is purchased:
"J7 Berzas" quarter is a well-kept, individually adapted and team-maintained house in Monciskes. The block has a common recreation area with a sauna and a heated outdoor pool, a grill area and a dome cinema.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be allocated for purchase of an apartment with a plot of land in Palanga. The apartment has two floors, on the first floor there is a common kitchen and living room, on the second floor there are two bedrooms. Currently, the registered completion of the apartment, according to the Center of Registers, is 85%. This loan will be repaid by short-term rental and sale proceeds or by refinancing the loan if the apartment is not sold.

To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 61.21 square meters built in 2022 with a plot of land is pledged at Latgalos st. 7A-1, Palanga. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 193 000.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 8.5%
- From 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9%
- From 5 000 EUR – 9.5%
