We present a new financing project - "Sklypas Zeimenos g.". The raised funds will be used for working capital. The amount to be raised is EUR 180 000. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the property.

The project owner has experience in real estate development. Has developed an apartment building in Kaunas - "Aleksotas kastonas". He has also built a number of cottages in Kaunas and Kaunas district.

The project plans to build two 2 400-square-meter, 7-storey apartment buildings with 38 apartments.

The owner of the project will allocate part of the raised funds for the refinancing of the previous loan, and the other part for the preparation of the works of the mortgaged land plot: obtaining permits, documentation, architectural decisions.

To secure the interests of investors a 20-acre plot of land is pledged at Zeimenos st., 149 Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 375 000.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 8,5%
- From 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9%
- From 5 000 EUR – 9,5%
