We present a new financing project "Saurenta pletra". The major part of funds will be used to cover existing financial commitments. The amount to be raised is EUR 220 000.

The aim of the project:
The project owner will refinance the existing liability and use the remaining funds for business development. The owner has many years of experience in the field of real estate, has been operating since 2008. This loan will be covered from the company's operating income.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors a residential house with an area of 218.71 square meters, with a 6-acre plot of land belonging to it, at Bruknynes st. 7, Panevezys and an apartment of 61.61 square meters at Jurates st. 33-16, Palanga are pledged. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 348 000.

- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 9,5%
- From 10 000 EUR to 19 999 EUR - 10%
- From 20 000 EUR - 10,5%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
