The project “Patalpos, Pylimo St.” is being developed in Vilnius Old Town. In order to ensure the interests of investors, premises with an area of ??418.14 m2 are pledged at Pylimo str. 59, Vilnius. The project funds will be used to refinance the existing loan.
The project developer has already formed 7 property units in the premises pledged to investors, which are oriented to the inner yard of the building. There are also trade premises with an exit to Pylimo st. In the next few weeks, blocks will be laid around the building, underfloor heating will be installed in the premises, and gas, electricity and water inlets are already inside.
The project has already reserved two premises with a sales value of 170 thousand euros.

Documents regarding the change of purpose of the premises are currently submitted. Changing the purpose will significantly increase the value of the object.

The borrower has invested in the project and carried out the work provided for in the previous project, as well as reduces the amount to be refinanced by paying part of the loan from its own funds.
Previously, the developer implemented the project “Angelo Loftai” in Užupis, the project was successfully completed, the investors were settled in 2020. March.
