We present a new financing project “Nuotykiu parkas”. The project owner will allocate the raised funds to the final payment for the purchase of the mortgaged property, the amount to be raised is EUR 73 000.

The aim of the project:
The owner of the project buys a complex in which he conducts recreational activities by renting out the territory. Since the ongoing activity is successful, after the former owner of the property expressed his desire to sell the complex, the owner of the project submitted his offer. After the acquisition of this property, it is planned to continue the activities of the adventure park “Dead Town” and to expand it. The object also has another permanent tenant – UAB “Musio frontas”, which operates in the park during the off-season. Airsoft games are held in the park for companies, for groups of people who enjoy this type of entertainment.

In the existing buildings, it is planned to repair the roofs with own funds, improving the existing condition of the buildings. The yard and surroundings of the territory are maintained, the territory is protected by a security service and a guard. The client plans to increase the parking lot and expand the activities in the forests surrounding the area. For this, all necessary permits are currently being coordinated with the municipality.

About the project owner:
UAB “Partizaninis sportas” is a company engaged in entertainment activities, whose good performance in recent years is confirmed by the company’s financial reports. In 2022, the company’s sales revenue increased from EUR 34 515 in 2021 to EUR 170 930 in 2022, net profit respectively, increased from EUR 27 646 to EUR 140 401, while the amounts to be paid as of 12/31/2022 amounted to only EUR 7 856.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
All buildings located on a 2.2 ha plot of land in the village of Nova, Kaunas district, as well as the engineering infrastructure, are pledged as collateral to protect the investors’ interests. Building areas range from 8 to 1 927 square meters. All pledged assets are purchased for the property of the project owner, except for the plot of land – to ensure the investors’ interests, the right to lease the plot of land will be pledged. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 170 000. Additionally, this loan is guaranteed by another related company UAB “Musio frontas”, which is also the lessee of the purchased property, and one of the company’s shareholders, Donatas Antonovas.

– From 1 000 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 11%
– From 2 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 11.5%
– From 5 000 EUR – 12%
