We present a new project for investment, "Namas V. Alanto g. 31". The project owner will use the raised funds for the refinancing of existing loan. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 119 600.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will use the funds to refinance the available loan, which was intended for the construction of a semi-detached house with an area of 218.6 square meters, energy class A++, at the address Ozeliu str., Dembava, Panevezys district. This loan will be repay from the income from the sale of real estate. Estimated sales revenue for the entire project is EUR 304 000.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To protect the interests of investors, a newly built, fully furnished, 155-square-meter residential house with a 9-acre plot of land belonging to it are pledged, at V. Alanto st. 31, in Panevezys. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 249 000.

- From 5 00 EUR to 1 499 EUR – 9%
- From 1 500 EUR to 2 999 EUR – 9,5%
- From 3 000 EUR – 10%
