We present a new financing project “Namas Sumsko g. 252”. Most of the raised amount will be used for refinancing the existing loan, and the rest – for the development of real estate projects. The amount to be raised is EUR 260 000.

Project owner:
The project owner’s company has been engaged in real estate development for 9 years. The owner has the status of a reliable developer and has experience in the construction of houses and two-apartment houses. Previously, the project owner successfully implemented 8 real estate projects on the Profitus platform and always paid interest on time and repaid loans to investors.

The aim of the project:
The owner of the project will allocate most of the raised amount to the refinancing of the available loan, and the remaining part will be allocated to the development of other real estate projects (Rykantu namai, Satrininku namai). This loan will be repay from the income of the company’s real estate sales.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors a 10.80-acre plot of land and a two-storey, 217.74 square meter residential building with a garage are pledged at Sumsko st. 252, Vilnius. Access to the house by an asphalt road. According to UAB “Ober-Haus”, an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 377 000.

– From 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9,5%
– From 5 000 EUR to 14 999 EUR – 10%
– From 15 000 EUR to 24 999 EUR – 10,5%
– From 25 000 EUR – 12%
