Namas Dusmenu g.Profitus
We present a new financing project – “Namas Dusmenu g.” The funds raised will be used for the development of a real estate project. The amount to be raised is EUR 110 000.
The project owner is developing a newly built residential quarter in Vilnius, Dusmenu street. The new quarter is being built with all the necessary communications and an asphalt road. The owner of the project is well acquainted with the surroundings of Lentvaris and has developed a similar type of residential project there and has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in developing residential projects. The project owner has the status of a reliable entrepreneur – the project is rapidly developing and loans are repaid on time.
The aim of the project:
The project owner will allocate part of the raised amount to the house at Dusmenu st. 55 for completion of up to 100%, and the rest will be allocated for the construction of other houses. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the company’s real estate.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors a plot of land with a 102.57 square meter, A + class house is pledged at Dusmenu st. 55, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, Ober-Haus, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 158 000.
Interest by investment amount:
– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 7,5%
– From 500 EUR – 7,5%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
