We present the second stage of the phased financing project “Moluvenu namai”. The funds of this stage will be allocated for the development of real estate. The amount to be raised is EUR 63 400.
About the project:
In the newly settlement, surrounded by wooded areas are being developed modern and contemporary individual houses of two types and different layouts, covering an area of 154 or 175 square meters. Houses A ++ energy efficiency class, each house has a tidy and fenced plot of 6.10 – 8.96 acres.
The project owner’s company has been engaged in real estate development for 9 years. The owner has the status of a reliable developer and has experience in the construction of houses and two-apartment houses. Previously, the project owner successfully implemented 8 real estate projects on the Profitus platform and always paid interest on time and repaid loans to investors.
Progress of the project:
After the first stage of financing, two residential houses were built and the roof was covered.

To secure the interests of investors, two plots of land with an area of 6.1 and 6.32 ares and with residential houses of 157.63 and 157.29 square meters are pledged at Moluvenu st. 2, 32, Vilnius. According to the independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 155 000.
Maximum planned amount of funding for the project: EUR 200 000. The project is funded based on the current mortgage valuation until it reaches the maximum LTV set. When maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will be required and further project funding stages will be announced and collected only if the maximum LTV set is not exceeded.
Interest by investment amount:
– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 8%
– From 500 EUR – 8,5%
