Introducing the new phase financing project “Dvibutis Horizonto G2”. The project owner will use the funds raised from this stage to purchase a semi-detached house. The amount to be raised is EUR 241 500.
The aim of the project:
The funds of the project will be used for the purchase and installation of a semi-detached house with an area of 225.53 square meters until it is completely finished. After these works are completed, the apartments in the semi-detached house will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is EUR 590 000. The proceeds of the sale will repaid the loan.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the investors’ interests, two apartments in a semi-detached house with a total area of 225.53 square meters and two plots of land are peldged at the address Horizonto st. 2, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 348 000.
The maximum planned amount of funding for the project is EUR 500 000. The project is financed according to the current valuation of the mortgaged property until it reaches the set maximum LTV. Once the maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will be carried out, and the further stages of financing the Project will be announced and collected only if the set maximum LTV is not exceeded.

– From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 9.5%
– From EUR 500 to EUR 999 – 10%
– From EUR 1 000 to EUR 9 999 – 10.5%
– From EUR 10 000 to EUR 29 999 – 11.5%
– From 10 000 – 12%
