We present a new financing project – „Butas Bretkuno gatveje". The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of the real estate, which will be equipped later. The amount to be raised is EUR 98 000.
About the project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate. He has developed real estate projects with a total area of 2 000 square metres, including residential buildings in Papiskiu and Grendaves streets.
Project objective:
The project will finance the purchase of a 56.01 square metre apartment in a 2023 construction. The apartment currently has a registered completion rate of 87% according to the Centre of Registers. The owner of the project intends to furnish the apartment in a modern style with all appliances and furniture. After completion of these works, the apartment will be for sale. The estimated income from the sale of the apartment is EUR 210 000.
