We present a new project for investment, “Butai Ozo g. 8a”. The project owner will use the raised funds for the purchase of real estate, which will later be equipped with his own funds. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 157 000.

About the project:
GO life – project is being developed between Gerulaitis and Oz streets. Home today means much more than a few rooms. These are outdoor and indoor spaces for leisure in nature, communication, entertainment and sharing stories. This project pulsates with a brisk, life-like rhythm.

The aim of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase of 48.68 and 42.75 square meter two-room apartments on the first and second floors of a brick apartment building in Vilnius. The project owner buys apartments with a parking space for EUR 219 900. With his own funds, the owner intends to equip the apartments in a modern way with all household appliances and furniture. After completing these works, the apartments will be sold. Estimated sales revenue is EUR 320 000. The proceeds of the sale will repay this loan.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage: 
To secure the interests of investors, apartments of 48.68 and 42.75 square meters and parking place are pledged, at Ozo st. 8A-237 and Ozo st. 8A-125, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 233 000.

– From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 10%
– From 2 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 10,5%
– From 5 000 EUR – 11%
