We present a new financing project – “Butai Kalvariju g. II”. The raised funds will be used to refinance the existing loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 450 000.

About the project:
The owner of the project has purchased six apartments with a total area of 331.99 square metres, which were furnished and rented out with the help of designers. The rental income generated by all the apartments amounts to EUR 5 634 per month.

The aim of the project:
The project owner will use the raised funds to refinance the existing loan.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of investors, six fully furnished apartments with a total area of 331.99 square meters, located in an apartment building built in 2022 at the address Kalvariju st. 126A-3, 126A-6, 126A-7, 126A-8, 126A-12 ir 126A-14, Vilnius, 6 parking spaces in the parking lot at the address Kalvariju st. 126A-R1, Vilnius and 31125/89000 shares of common land at Kalvariju st. 126A, Vilnius are pleged. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 1 344 300.

Maximum planned amount of funding for the project: EUR 914 600. The project is funded based on the current mortgage valuation until it reaches the maximum LTV set. When maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will be required and further project funding stages will be announced and collected only if the maximum LTV set is not exceeded.

– From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 7.5%
– From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 8%
– From 2 500 EUR to 49 999 EUR – 8.5%
– From 50 000 EUR to 99 999 EUR – 9%
– From 100 000 EUR – 9.5%
