We present a new project for investment in “Biurai Saltoniskiu verslo centre“. The raised funds will be used by the project owner to refinance the existing loan and develop the real estate. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 555 700.

The aim of the project:
The project owner will use the raised amount to refinance the existing loan and to build a semi-detached house. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of ten offices with a total area of 349.23 square meters. Offices are currently leased, long-term leases have been signed, which generate a monthly income of over EUR 4 000. Interest will be paid to investors from this and other income of the company.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of investors, 10 office premises are pledged at Saltoniskiu st. 31, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 842 000.
