We present a new financing project "18-as butas Rezos alejoje", the funds of which will be used for real estate development. The amount to be raised is EUR 87 800.

Project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate development. It has installed and sold about 200 apartments with a total area of about 10 000 square meters and has built 30 houses in the Vilnius district with a total area of about 4 500 square meters.

The aim of the project:
The project owner is buying a 64.82 square meter apartment with partial finishing and parking. The apartment is on the third floor. The project owner plans to fully equip and sell the apartment. The planned income from the sale of the apartment is EUR 185 000.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, a 64.82 square meters apartment with partial finishing is pledged at L. Rezos al. 6-18, Vilnius. The apartment has a parking space. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 128 500.

Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 999 EUR – 9%
- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9,5%
- From 5 000 EUR - 10%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
