- Malaysian MSMEs (operating ≥ 6 months) can raise up to RM 500,000 per note, and collectively via multiple notes.
- Financing is available for invoice financing and contract pre-financing, with tenors from 6 to 36 months.
- Applications are fully digital; approval and fund disbursement take significantly less time than traditional finance routes.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Residency: Primarily for Malaysians; international investment is allowed subject to compliance.
Investor (Arrangement) Fees are 2% and are charged on a one-off basis per investment.
