Villyz allows citizens to invest in projects of general interest of communities, health establishments, local public companies or companies with public shareholding.

It allows you to support future-oriented projects that are important to you, to diversify your savings with a low-risk investment and to give it a strong local impact.

There are several investment instruments: loans, bonds, equity securities.

Villyz is the first French platform approved as a crowdfunding service provider (ECSP), with protective European approval replacing the status of crowdfunding advisor (CIP) and crowdfunding intermediary (IFP).

All natural persons over 18 domiciled in France for tax purposes and validly registered on the Villyz site can invest.
