VentureCrowd provides investors with the ability to diversify their portfolios by participating in private market deals including startups, property, and impact projects. The platform features both equity and debt investment opportunities, catering to both experienced and first-time investors.

Companies and developers can raise capital through VentureCrowd via equity crowdfunding or debt structures. The platform provides support in campaign creation, marketing, and compliance, allowing fundraisers to reach a large base of retail and wholesale investors.

Both retail and wholesale investors (as defined under Australian law) can invest. Retail investors must be Australian residents and over 18 years old, and may be subject to caps on investment amounts. Wholesale investors must meet specific income or asset thresholds.

Investors can generally choose how they invest, either;

• 0% transaction fee & 20% performance fee on exit (excluding GST)
• Performance fees are not incurred against the principal investment and occur only on a successful exit

• 6% on capital raised (excluding GST)
• $2,800 for a Retail Campaign, $10,000 for a Wholesale Campaign
