Investors can become co-owners of startups by purchasing equity shares through valÜ’s campaigns, with all funds held in blocked Takasbank accounts and shares registered in the MKK system under the investor’s name — traceable via the e-Investor (E-Yatırımcı) portal at any time. Membership and investing are free of charge. Annual investment limits are set by MKK: up to ₺400,000 without income declaration, up to ₺1,000,000 with income declaration (10% of annual income), and unlimited for qualifying sophisticated investors. Returns can be realised through dividends, company growth, or peer-to-peer share communication between members via the platform’s upcoming secondary communication feature.
Offer for Fundraisers
- Equity crowdfunding campaigns open to registered Turkish companies with a minimum funding target of ₺100,000.
- Projects must be fully commercial in nature; political or religious projects are not eligible.
- Campaign duration is selected by the entrepreneur at the time of application; early termination is possible via the valÜ team.
- If a campaign is oversubscribed, an equal allocation principle applies — investors receive proportionally adjusted shares and excess funds are returned automatically.
- Full institutional backing: access to Istanbul Portfolio Management’s network and Arya Women Investment Platform’s ecosystem.
- All funds are held in Takasbank escrow until the campaign completes; MKK registration of shares is handled with platform support.
- Debt-based crowdfunding is planned but not yet available.
Both individual and corporate investors may register; membership is free.
e-Government (e-Devlet) verification is mandatory to activate the account and begin investing — strongly indicating the platform is currently limited to Turkish residents.
For investors: Free membership and no platform commission. Credit card payments incur a 3.199% payment processing fee charged by Payten/Paratika on behalf of Takasbank. EFT transfer fees vary by bank and are borne by the investor.
