We present a new financing project - "Zatorskio vilos". The raised funds will be used for the further development of the project on adjacent plots of land. The amount to be raised is EUR 187 000.

About the project:
In the "Zatorskio vilos" project, panel-modular houses are built, which the company manufactures itself in its own factory. Manufactured structures-assemblies are brought to the site and assembled. This type of construction is extremely fast, the house is built in 4 months from pouring the foundation to the key. This project consists of 6 A++ class semi-detached houses of the same architecture and layout. The apartments in semi-detached houses will be sold fully furnished, the expected selling price is EUR 200 000, the planned sales income of the entire project is EUR 2 400 000.

About the progress of the project:
Currently, the construction works of two duplex houses are almost finished, the foundations of one duplex have been poured, and construction permits are pending for three more houses. For the received funds, the owner of the project intends to complete the construction works of the two-family house and start the production of structures and the construction of another two-family house, where the foundations have been poured.

About the project owner:
One of the activities of the project owner is the production and installation of panel-modular houses and buildings. During the year, the owner of the project produces about 3 000 square meters of buildings for both individual and commercial customers. The owner of the project also has experience in developing real estate projects, has developed a block of 12 individual houses in Kaunas.

To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, a 229.22 square meter semi-detached house and a 6.10-acre plot of land are pledged at V. Zatorskio str. 24, Kaunas. The registered completion of apartments in semi-detached houses is 86%. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 273 000.

- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR –10%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR –10,5%
