We present a new financing project - "Zatorskio 26-2". The rasied funds will be used for the further development of the project on adjacent plots of land. The amount to be raised is EUR 120 000.
About the project:
In the "Zatorskio vilos" project, panel-modular houses are built, which the company manufactures itself in its own factory. Manufactured structures-assemblies are brought to the site and assembled. This type of construction is extremely fast, the house is built in 4 months from pouring the foundation to turning the key. This project consists of 6 A++ class semi-detached houses of the same architecture and layout. The apartments in semi-detached houses will be sold fully furnished, the sale price is set at EUR 200 000, the planned sales income of the entire project is EUR 2 400 000.
About the progress of the project:
Currently, 3 semi-dteached houses have already been built. The foundations of the fourth semi-detached house have also been poured. For the received funds, the owner of the project intends to finish the construction works of the semi-detached houses and start the production of structures and the construction of the house for another semi-detached house, where the foundations have been poured. Out of 12 apartments, 3 apartments have already been sold, and 2 more apartments have been reserved.
About the project owner:
One of the activities of the project owner is the production and installation of panel-modular houses and buildings. During the year, the owner of the project produces about 3 000 square meters of buildings for both individual and commercial customers. The owner of the project also has experience in developing real estate projects, has developed a block of 12 individual houses in Kaunas.
This is the second project funded by the project owner on the Profitus platform. The client repaid the first loan earlier than planned after successfully selling both apartments, which were pledged to secure investors' interests.

To ensure the interests of the investors, an apartment with an area of 110.54 square meters and parts of the plot of land 305/609 (0.0305 ha) belonging to it are pledged at V. Zatorskio str. 26-2, Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 183 000.

About the Profitus
Profitus is a crowdfunding and investment platform whose main goal is to make investment available to everyone. Investments start at 100 euros, and the platform is open 24/7. Investments are secured by pledging real estate and other collateral (e.g., indemnity or warranty). Different projects have different security tools that users can access in self-service for each project.
Profitus consults with the Bank of Lithuania in order to ensure perfect compliance with the law. Monetary operations on the platform are carried out in cooperation with Paysera and Trustly.
