"Vejo namai" project is developing a block of cottages in Šilainiai, Kaunas. During the year, the quarter is almost developed, paved access, 5 semi-detached houses and 15 single-flat houses are built, part of the houses are sold. In order to ensure the interests of investors, 9 single-flat houses and 5 flats in two-flat houses are mortgaged. These assets have a registered completeness of at least 80%. According to the valuation of the assets, the pledged assets are worth EUR 956 000. We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 14 days if we do not raise funds.
