The borrower plans to pay the interest from operating income, which was generated in the first half of this year by about EUR 28 000. At the end of the term, depending on the situation, the client plans to refinance all or part of the credit amount.

To secure the interests of investors, a residential house built in 2017, 167.15 square meters in area and a land plot of 9.62 acres are pledged at Tvenkinio st. 6, Panevezys district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 190 000.

- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9,5%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 10%
- From 10 000 EUR – 10,5%
