We present a new financing project - "Projektas Zeimenos g." The raised funds will be used to refinance the existing loan. The amount to be raises is EUR 215 000. This loan will be repay by the proceeds from the sale of the project "Mickeviciaus 8".
Project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate development. Has developed an apartment building in Kaunas - "Aleksotas kastonas". He has also built a number of cottages in Kaunas and Kaunas district.
The aim of the project:
The project owner will use the raised funds to refinance the previous loan. This loan will be repay by the proceeds from the sale of the "Mickeviciaus 8". The project has developed 13 residential apartments with a total area of 486.20 square meters in the attic space. Apartments are 26-60 square meters in area. Selling price EUR 2 100 - 2 200 per square meter. Currently, 10 apartment purchase and sale contracts have been signed, the value of which is around EUR 800 000.

To secure the interests of investors, a 20-acre plot of land is pledged at Zeimenos st., 149 Kaunas. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 447 000.

- From 500 EUR to 2 999 EUR – 10%
- From 3 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 10,5%
- From 10 000 EUR to 14 999 EUR – 11%
- From 15 000 EUR to 24 999 EUR – 11,5%
- From 25 000 EUR – 12%
