Introducing the new financing project "Patalpos Zirmunu g.". The project owner will use the funds raised to purchase the property and to furnish it. The amount to be raised is EUR 165 000.
Objective of the project:
The project funds will be used for the purchase and renovate a 82.29 square meter, 12-place dental technician laboratory with all the necessary equipment. Workplaces will be rented. Estimated rental income per month - EUR 6 000.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
The mortgage securing the investors' interests premises with a floor area of 82.29 square metres at 70-502 Zirmunu Street, Vilnius and administrative premises with a floor area of 53.28 square metres at 125B-801 Kalvariju Street, Vilnius are pleged. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 248 000.
