We present a new financing project "Patalpos Sv. Mykolo g.". The funds raised will be used to refinance an existing loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 155 000.
The aim of the project:
Currently, the project owner has completed an apartment building project in Vilnius. The apartment building has a total of 24 apartments and 24 parking spaces. Loan refinancing is required because apartment sales are delayed. The owner is also developing a residential quarter in Vilnius. This loan will be repaid by the proceeds from the sale of the property. At present, all apartments and parking spaces are already reserved and preliminary sales agreements have been signed, the value of which amounts to about EUR 1 900 000.

The project owner has many years of experience in real estate development. The head of the company has developed 11 000 square meters projects, and the entire group of companies has 55 000 square meters projects.

To secure the interests of investors premises with an area 101.81 square meters are pledged at St. Mykolo g. 10, Vilnius. The premises are fully equipped, reconstructed in 2004. Separate entrance directly from the main street in a prominent position. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 238 000.
