We present second stage of phased financing project "Namas Moluvenu 1 II", the funds of which will be allocated to the development of real estate. The amount to be raised at this stage is EUR 68 000.
About the project:
The owner of the project plans to build a 250 square metre semi-detached house on a 6.6 acre plot. House will be class A+, two-storey. The house will be sold partially finished. The planned sales proceeds of the whole project are EUR 440 000.

To secure the interests of investors, a land plot with an area of 6.6 acears and a duapicate with an area of 134,14 square meters at Molvenu st. 1 Vilnius are pledged.. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 181 000.
Maximum planned amount of funding for the project: EUR 350 000. The project is funded based on the current mortgage valuation until it reaches the maximum LTV set. When maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will be required and further project funding stages will be announced and collected only if the maximum LTV set is not exceeded.
Interest by investment amount:
- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 10%
- From 500 EUR to 2 499 EUR – 10.5%
- From 2 500 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 11%
- From 5 000 EUR to 9 999 EUR – 11.5%
- From 10 000 EUR – 12%

We plan to raise the amount within 7 days, with the option of extending it to 21 days if we do not raise funds.
