We present the phased financing project "Namas Alksniu g. 27". The raised funds will be used for the development of real estate. The amount to be raised at this stage is EUR 21 000.
The aim of the project:
The owner of the project is building a two-story, 260-square-meter semi-detached house with garages. Currently, the foundations of the house have already been poured. The funds raised at this stage will be used by the project owner to continue further construction works. This loan will be repay from the income from the sale of real estate. The expected income from the sale of the semi-detached house is EUR 330 000.

To secure the interests of investors, a plot of land with an area of 12.98 acres and the construction of a semi-detached house are pledged, at the Alksniu st. 27, Skaidiskes village, Vilnius district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 42 300.
The maximum planned amount of funding for the project: is EUR 220 000. The project is funded based on the current mortgage valuation until it reaches the maximum LTV set. When the maximum LTV is reached, a new valuation of the property will be required and further project funding stages will be announced and collected only if the maximum LTV set is not exceeded.
We plan to collect the accumulated amount within 7 days with the possibility to extend it to 21 days without raising funds.
