We present a new financing project - "Namai Kauno Lauruose". The raised amount will be used for real estate development. The amount to be raised is EUR 104 000. This loan will be covered by the proceeds from the sale of the property.
The aim of the project:
The project owner is developing a residential quarter at Lauru st., Kaunas District. Currently, 9 buildings have been built in the project, in which 18 residential houses have been formed. All 18 homes are already reserved. Preliminary sales contracts have been signed for all houses, 7 of which are notarized. The average selling price of a house with partial finishing is EUR 70 000. The proceeds from the sale of all the houses already built and reserved will amount to EUR 1 260 000. The funds raised in this project will be allocated by the project owner for the development of the project. In addition, it is planned to build 16 units in the quarter new residential houses of which 12 houses will be 70 sq.m., 4 houses - 95 sq.m. Revenue from the sale of additional newly built residential buildings is planned to amount to EUR 1 586 000.

To secure the interests of investors 2 residential houses with a total area of 131.71 square meters, with the parts of the land plot belonging to them (3.26 and 3.32 ares) are pledged at Lauru st. 29, 31, 33, 35, Uzliedziu village, Kaunas district. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 150 000.

- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9,5%
- From 5 000 EUR – 10%
