We present a new financing project "Metu dvibutis", the funds of which will be used to increase the company's working capital. The amount to be raised is EUR 160 000.
The aim of the project:
The project owner intends to purchase concreting formwork that will be used for rent. The project owner has been operating scaffolding and concreting formwork for 8 years. This loan will be covered by the company's operating and sales income. The estimated income from the sale of one apartment is EUR 145 000.
About the project owner:
The project owner has experience in real estate development projects both as a builder and as a contractor in Lithuania and abroad. Estimated experience amounts to about 2 500 square meters in commercial projects such as the construction of a private school in the Netherlands, the construction of an administrative building in Belgium
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors a 10-acre plot of land with a 125,21 square meter residential house is pledged at Vilnius district, Avizieniu eldership, Bajoru village, Metu st. 17S. The registered completion of a two-apartment house is 16%, but the actual completion is higher, and the actual areas of apartments would be about 117 square meters. According to the valuation performed by the independent real estate appraiser "Centro Kubas", the value of the property pledged to investors is EUR 270 000.

- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 9%
- From 5 000 EUR – 9,5%
