We are presenting a new financing project "Loftai Vilniaus priemiestyje", the funds of which will be used to refinance an existing loan. This decision will give the project owner time to deal with the protracted design work of the apartment building and start construction. The amount to be raised is EUR 65 000.

The project owner is developing a real estate project in Vilnius "Vilniaus priemiescio loftai". 36.3 acres of land in Vilnius, Vismaliuku str. 44 is planned to build a 36-apartment residential house, with 36 parking spaces. The total area of the house under construction is 1 830 square meters. The planned sales revenue of the whole project is EUR 3 230 000.
About the project owner:
The project owner has experience in developing real estate projects and has already developed real estate projects covering more than 15 000 square meters.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To ensure the interests of investors, a 36.30 acres plot of land is pledged in Vilnius, Vismaliuku str. 44. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged property is EUR 152 000.

- From EUR 100 to EUR 349 – 10%
- From EUR 350 to EUR 699 – 10,5%
- From EUR 700 to EUR 1 999 – 11%
- From EUR 2 000 to EUR 6 999 – 11,5%
- From EUR 7 000 – 12%
