Introducing the new funding project "Latgalos apartamentai". The project owner will use the funds raised for refinancing of existing loan. The amount to be raised is EUR 126 000.
The aim of the project:
The project funds will be allocated for refinancing of current loan. The pleged apartment has two floors, on the first floor there is a common kitchen and living room, on the second floor there are two bedrooms. Currently, the registered completion of the apartment, according to the Center of Registers, is 100%. This loan will be repaid by short-term rental and sale proceeds or by refinancing the loan if the apartment is not sold.
To secure the interests of investors, real estate is pledged with a primary mortgage:
To secure the interests of investors, an apartment of 48.39 square meters built in 2022 with a plot of land is pledged at Latgalos st. 9B-1, Palanga. According to an independent real estate appraisal, the value of real estate pledged to investors is EUR 180 000.
Interest by investment amount:
- From EUR 100 to EUR 499 – 9.5%
- From EUR 500 to EUR 1 999 – 10%
- From EUR 2 000 – 10.5%

About the Profitus
