We present a new project for the investment "Kvartalas „Baltai sala", The funds of which will be used to refinance the existing loan. The amount to be raised for the project is EUR 306 000.
The aim of the project:
The project owner will use the raised amount to refinance the existing loan. This loan will be repaid from the proceeds of the sale of the real estate. The houses are for sale, so this decision will give the project owner time to arrange the documentation of the delivery of the houses, to prepare for a notarial transaction.
Quarter where the house is mortgaged:
The "Baltai sala" quarter is a unique residential quarter. Much attention is paid to architectural elements that tastefully use Baltic symbols. Modern architecture was chosen due to rational building solutions and opportunities to expand the possibilities of the house by installing terraces on the roofs. Technologies implemented in construction and living environments are compatible with ecology, allow efficient use of energy resources and protect nature.

To secure the interests of investors, 13 commercial buildings with a total area of 443 square meters and 4 plots of land with a total area of 34.94 acres are pledged, at Zubiskiu st. 85, 91, 121, 127, Vilnius. According to an independent real estate appraiser, the value of the mortgaged real estate is EUR 467 300.

- From 100 EUR to 499 EUR – 11%
- From 1 000 EUR to 4 999 EUR – 12%
- From 5 000 EUR to 24 999 EUR – 13%
- From 25 000 EUR - 14%
