The developer seeks to refinance the existing obligation due to lower borrowing costs. The project owner has developed a 349 square meter semi-detached residential house located at Kalda tee 11, Pärnu, Estonia. The house is for sale.

Loan Information:
The loan will be covered from the sale of the collateral, estimated sales revenue of EUR 490,000. Interest to investors will be paid from the project owner's operating income.

The maximum financing amount: EUR 175,500. The project is financed based on the current valuation of the collateralized property until it reaches the specified maximum loan-to-value (LTV) ratio. Upon reaching the maximum LTV, a new property valuation will have to be performed, and further project financing stages will be announced and collected only if the specified maximum LTV is not exceeded.
